Little Kettle Written by Yumi Nakaura 2022 Shirohunesha

In this small photo book, photographer Takashi Homma captures the works and studio of Yumi Nakamura, a metalworker who mainly produces kettles, in a casual, A5-size zine-like format, offering a glimpse of the dots and lines and their intimate connections that lie hidden within her work. The book also includes hand-drawn drawings by Nakamura.

ホンマタカシが、金工作家で主にやかんを制作する中村友美の作品とアトリエを撮り下ろしたフォトブック。A5サイズのZINE的気軽さの中に、写真家が目をとめた作り手の制作の中に潜む点と線、その密やかなつながりが垣間見える。中村による手描きの図面も掲載。
